An Intriguing Story of a Dog, a Beggar, and a woman

Long ago, in the quiet town of Dehra, lived a lady with her dog. She had a small farm of her own where she used to grow tomatoes. Her dog was a friendly mountain dog who was adored by everyone in the neighbourhood. The woman and the dog had been living a quiet peaceful life for years, until one day a beggar knocked at her door.

No sooner did the woman hear the knock than she rushed to open the door. Only to find a man in shabby clothes. His clothes were torn and he had very long hair which was unkempt. The beggar looked weak and it seemed that he had not eaten anything since two days. The beggar begged her and cried “Please miss give me some food, I am hungry and haven’t had any food since three days.” The woman felt pity for him. Then she suddenly remembered how her neighbours told her about how many thieves are dressing up as beggars and then entering into the house and stealing valuable items from different houses. The woman’s expression suddenly changed into an angry one and she said “No, I don’t have anything to thieves like you.” Saying this she slammed the door at his face. The beggar got sad and he was about to walk away, but suddenly he heard some baking noise coming from behind. He turned back to see who it was but suddenly he was pushed down by a dog. The lady after hearing the voice of her dog ran out and saw the dog was licking the face of the beggar.

She rushed outside and scolded her dog and trying to drag him away from the beggar. Then suddenly the beggar shouted to stop and listen to him first. After thinking for a moment, the lady nodded. That’s when he told her that five years ago, he had a mountain dog. Whom he left at someone’s door because he had recently lost his job and didn’t have the money to feed the dog. The dog was none other than the dog of the woman. The woman was moved by his story and had tears in her eyes and then, she asked the beggar to come and inside and have some food.
